Vauhtik\u00e4velyss\u00e4 saavutetaan maksiminopeus nostamatta molempia jalkoja maasta samaan aikaan. Yhden jalan tulee aina pysy\u00e4 maassa. Jos nostat molemmat jalat maasta, laji vaihtuu juoksemiseksi \u2013 se ei ole tarkoitus. Pyri saamaan mukava rytmi p\u00e4\u00e4lle, heiluta k\u00e4si\u00e4si tahdissa taivutettuina noin 45 asteen kulmaan. K\u00e4velysi tehon m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4\u00e4 k\u00e4sien liike, ei jalkojen liike, joten heiluta k\u00e4si\u00e4si sit\u00e4 vauhtia kuin haluaisit jalkojesi liikkuvan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LEPO = ei liikuntaa<\/strong> \u2013 Huomioi, ett\u00e4 kehittyess\u00e4si voit lepop\u00e4ivin\u00e4 harkita <a href=\"https:\/\/www.time-to-run.com\/suomi\/voimaharjoittelu\">voimaharjoituksia<\/a> yl\u00e4vartalolle ja koko kehon venyttely\u00e4 palautumisen edist\u00e4miseksi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aktiivinen palautus<\/strong> &#8211; N\u00e4in\u00e4 p\u00e4ivin\u00e4 on tarkoitus tehd\u00e4 ei painoasi kantavaa liikuntaa palautukseen. Jos olet kokenut py\u00f6r\u00e4ilij\u00e4, voit k\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 py\u00f6r\u00e4ily\u00e4 aktiiviseen palautukseen. Py\u00f6r\u00e4ilyll\u00e4 voi kuitenkin olla p\u00e4invastainen vaikutus juoksuun, jos kaikki ei ole kunnossa satulan korkeuden, ajoasennon, vastuksen, yms. suhteen. Aktiivisen palautuksen aikana on tarkoitus palautua, joten esim. uinti on usein parempi vaihtoehto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Juoksu<\/strong> \u2013 molemmat jalat nousevat irti maasta, vauhtia ei tarvitse mietti\u00e4, tarkoituksena on viett\u00e4\u00e4 aikaa jaloilla ja totuttaa keho oman painon kantavaan liikuntaan. Juokset oman fiiliksen mukaan. Muista kuitenkin aloittaa rauhallisesti. <strong>Kevyt juoksu<\/strong> voidaan mielt\u00e4\u00e4 niin sanottuna <em>h\u00f6lkk\u00e4n\u00e4<\/em>. Hyv\u00e4 mittari kevyeen juoksuun on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.time-to-run.com\/suomi\/aloittelijat\/puhetesti.htm\">puhetesti<\/a>. Jos et pysty puhumaan kenellek\u00e4\u00e4n juostessasi, juokset liian kovaa. Hidasta siis puhumaan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Parkrun<\/strong> &#8211; Ilmainen tapahtuma, jossa voi k\u00e4vell\u00e4, h\u00f6lk\u00e4t\u00e4 tai juosta. Matka on aina 5 km ja tapahtuma j\u00e4rjestet\u00e4\u00e4n joka lauantaiaamu. Tapahtuma on ilmainen ja sinun t\u00e4ytyy vain rekister\u00f6ity\u00e4 kerran. Suomessa on t\u00e4ll\u00e4 hetkell\u00e4 7 parkrun -tapahtumaa ja voit osallistua mihin tahansa n\u00e4ist\u00e4.
